Issues but no response from help/contact section
I subscribed on a monthly basis a little over a week ago. The scanner will no longer work. I contacted them via the contact page but no reply. At €9.99 per month I would expect a better service.

Very disappointed to discover the number of ads on this app despite having paid for it

This app is not great if your trying to find out plants that are not commonly known already and even then when I tested it out around my garden I found it told me that my Dahlia were Virginia creepers. If you really want to find out there is plenty of books on line or Facebook groups. Don’t waste your money on getting wrong info

Super happy! super easy, great pictures,identities were fairly quick and thorough with full description and helpful hints .
Privacy issues
This app tracks u and try’s to identify everything even when it’s been erased and deleted from your phone. Very concerned of the nature of this app as far as privacy
