You absolutely need to update the game with at least 1 new zombie hero and some new cards It would be great if you also released a new category of cards along with the new hero Please , i have been playing this game for like 2-3 years probably by now and since last summer you haven’t introduced anything Your game desparately needs a good update along with an advertisement to bring in old and new players back Please
My game keeps randomly crashing every few games or so. I have no idea why and its ruined quite a few games for me. Please fix this issue and im sure its not only me because of my friends
Puzzle parties are given once a week and EA mistakenly makes them impossible to win. They get notified but they dont fix them so next year we get the same impossible to win Puzzle.

This game used to be one of my favorite.The new update destroyed all the fun.First of all:PAY TO WIN.You removed the packs that you could get without gems.Now you can expand your collection only by paying an insane amount of money, which no player is willing to pay.Then,I basically lost all my progress.My arena trophies are reset, together with my effort.My collection of cards are now useless compared to the galactic gardens overpowered cards.I had been collecting cards for about a year to complete a legendary strategy deck and had 36/40, now I have 12/40. When I tried to push a bit once again at the multiplayer, a message saying "There is something wrong with your game" is repeatedly popping up, and gives a free win to the opponent, and an unfair loss of trophies and effort to me... Thank you for ruining what used to be one of the best games I had ever played... 😡😡😡
In all the years I have had this game it was great until now. It has become impossible to get very far in pvp mode. Once you get past level 20 it’s one win to 10 losses. And now we are being force fed ads. Was my favorite game, now it’s hardly worth playing. So sad 😭

This game is great, but the balancing is situational. First of all, plants most of the time cannot counter whatever tricks the zombies throw at you. One second you have a solid defense, and the next they throw an unbalanced trick that wipes them all out and forces you to lose. Most of the boss fights are reasonable except for level 75. Immortica with 3 of those ghost zombies that give amphibious ghosts when they die, PLUS 25 MAX HP JUST SCREAMS UNBALANCED. And even then, you’re unable to open packs quickly because 1 pack costs 100 gems, and your quests only give 30 gems MAX. And if you want all 3 quests back, you need to wait a solid 8 hrs or so, unless you wanna pay, which is what the game wants you to do
