In all the years I have had this game it was great until now. It has become impossible to get very far in pvp mode. Once you get past level 20 it’s one win to 10 losses. And now we are being force fed ads. Was my favorite game, now it’s hardly worth playing. So sad 😭

This game is great, but the balancing is situational. First of all, plants most of the time cannot counter whatever tricks the zombies throw at you. One second you have a solid defense, and the next they throw an unbalanced trick that wipes them all out and forces you to lose. Most of the boss fights are reasonable except for level 75. Immortica with 3 of those ghost zombies that give amphibious ghosts when they die, PLUS 25 MAX HP JUST SCREAMS UNBALANCED. And even then, you’re unable to open packs quickly because 1 pack costs 100 gems, and your quests only give 30 gems MAX. And if you want all 3 quests back, you need to wait a solid 8 hrs or so, unless you wanna pay, which is what the game wants you to do
They neglect this game for years on end then when they finally do something they throw ads on it!
One of my favorite games but level 168 for the zombies feels impossible.
I’ve played this game since it came out, and only now have they added forced unskippable ads after every match. Also, balance updates have caused certain daily challenges to become impossible.
Had played this game for a while now. At first, it seemed unpleasant when I first started out, frequently being defeated by veteran players in PvP mode and sometimes the artificial intelligence random battle portion of the plant/zombie missions (story mode some players might call it). Anyway, after a lot of grinding for gems and recycling for better cards, it seems I was eventually able to build a decent deck that seems to be able to take on average players. I guess I don’t really have anything to complain about. Seems like the developers worked out most of the balancing problems, at least for the hero I play as since I don’t exactly win too much nor lose too much either. Seems mostly up to the player how they put their deck together…though they will need to do a lot of diligent daily grinding to get caught up (though I guess micro-transactions for gems also work if they want to skip the grinding process). They just need to find the hero class that fits their card gameplay preference.
I’ve been playing this game for years and love it, but now for whatever reason after the update the game is unplayable unless you copy the best decks of other players because there’s no balance in the game and most of the cards have no value to the game you or everyone plays with the same decks or you never win. No need to think anymore to play this game, just copy the winning decks. Sad
How has this game not been labially investigated and sued, there is no way that any time you play the ai or opponents that this game is balanced or fair. Let’s talk about the League based, how many times have you played against people (?) that are out of your League weird right, then this is not a league game nor is it balanced or fair. Trust me I have a whole data base on this game’s corruption and how this game should be destroyed.
P2w if u wanna play online casual and/or ranked cause most people spend money to get better cards.
