The worst app and customer service. Job is never completed on time.
I have been using this service for years. Reliability and quality of work have gone down hill over the last couple of years and I am on the verge of canceling my recurring lawn service. The most recent issue, I ordered on 5/14 for service on 5/16, the order was accepted and assigned very quickly. It is the first now of the season so my grass is getting quite long. Dinner time rolls around on 5/16 and there is no sign of the landscaping company. I reach out via Chat to Customer Service for an ETA. After some time they come back and say that the provider is running behind and doesn’t know when they will get there so they are canceling and reassigning it. I ask how long that will take. All they say is ASAP. Two days later it still hasn’t even been assigned to a provider. I have reached out numerous times. Nobody has any answers. I am disabled and can’t mow the lawn myself. I am now receiving hostile notes in my mailbox about the length of my grass and today is the last clear day before several days of forecasted rain. Customer Service just tries to placate me with generic apologies and “we try to assign things as quickly as we can”. Nobody has escalated my order or offered me a discount for the no show of the unreliable provider they selected the first go around. I’d be willing to continue to pay for the service if it were simply reliable and they communicated proactively or showed some level of concern for basic customer service.
My contractor canceled same day due to “equipment malfunction.” Hard to say if they just suddenly decided they didn’t want the job. So it got scheduled for 2 days later, and the new contractor just never showed up. I then tried contacting customer service, and it seems that there are no actual people that work for this company. No response to in-app messaging, email, or text. Give your business to one of their competitors.
I wish I could say the service was good but unfortunately I can’t. When someone actually shows up they do a good job. I submitted for weekly mowings to start this past Monday. Received a text Monday that no one was coming and they were having someone else come out. Literally heard absolutely nothing from the company u til I reached out four days later and they said someone was coming Friday. Zero communication on it, I looked in the app there was nothing scheduled or any communication. Piss poor way to run a business when you are charging almost 70-90 per mowing weekly.
Do not use the service! I was rescheduled twice and on the day that I was supposed to receive service they did not show up! Customer service is complete trash!
The first few times I used this app, it was very successful. Communication, updates and photos were provided. Last time I used it, I was charged in full, no one ever showed up and no one ever got back to me as to why no one showed up. Will be going elsewhere.
The app made scheduling the snow plowing while I was traveling very easy. I was able to select exactly the details of the snowplowing service requested. The snowplow did a good job. While the app promised that I would get photographs after the job was finished, I didn’t get any. While that part of the promise wasn’t kept, the important pieces were kept very well. I will use the service again.

Booked at noon for “ASAP”, assigned a landscaper, and confirmed via chat the guy would be here at 3-4 PM. Still no one at 5 PM and they have NO phone numbers on their website. Just a dumb chat service that is unresponsive. No response to emails. I get a text finally from the owner at 7 PM (after I requested cancellation via written notice) that the landscaper bailed because he wanted more money for “more than 6” of snow on our driveway because of the city plow which came minutes before (because the guy was so late). We ended up just shoveling it ourselves. What a waste of time and money. This app is a cool concept executed poorly and I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone. Not reliable. You’re better off just checking Nextdoor for local people or asking a neighbor.
I have been using this app for more than four years and have had excellent service until this year. It’s worse than dealing with a regular contractor because you can actually speak to a human being. The middleman a.k.a. “the app “doesn’t care how you feel doesn’t hear your frustration and cancels and reschedules on a whim. The pricing for the *exact same job* increased $500 this year. The increase came after I waited for two days for the service and then after I paid more, they made me wait another two days. Times were promised, and changed, promised again and changed. I would not recommend this anymore. It’s too bad, but it seems they can’t get quality people to do their jobs and/or the app developer got lazy.
