Fikk gavekort fra Polestar i 2021 og har aktivert det i appen. Dette fungerte en liten stund, men slutte å virke etter kort tid. Kundeservice kunne vært bedre da det kun er mulig å chatte.

Klønete!
Overflødig og klønete. Her var alt problematisk. Man må kunne forvente bedre. Lading av elbil burde være lett, ikke vanskelig. Plugsurfing bidrar ikke positivt.
Ladehistorikk er tom
Lada eit par gonger på IONITY med Plugsurf kort etter at appen blei “ny”. Ladekort og kredittkort måtte registrerast på ny. Volvo-avtale Ladehistotikk i den “nye” appen er tom. Med den “gamle” så kunne ein sjå ladeøkt straks.
Dårlig
Klarer ikke laste inn kart eller konto. Reset av passord er treigt og virker ikke. Plugsurfing bør avvikle driften umiddelbart for å unngå søksmål og faktura fra folk som bruker tiden sinn på appen. Styr unna for en hver pris. Dumt at msn ikke kan gi minus stjerner.
CarPlay is a disaster.
Shows chargers in Finland as nearby, even If the geo location is correct in a different country. Totally useless. In the main app charge points are missing.
Overflødig app
Fungerer kanskje internasjonalt, men en overflødig app for Nordmenn og innlands ladenettverk. Kan likesågodt ha Fortumappe i tillegg til de andre. Kundeservice var heller ikke helt enkelt, og fikk kun engelsk svar selv om jeg huket av for norsk. Fikk ikke og får ikke lagt til vanlig bank-kort i appen.
Only supports half of charging operators in Norway
Does not support Mer in Norway, which is the largest operator. Useless without it. Will have to use a separate app for charging, so why use Plugsurfing at all?
Does not work
Cannot add credit card, cannot add voucher. Chat service does not solve problems, only provides general guidelines
Å javel ja.
Det er jo kjedelig å stå å måtte lade bilen, og man har blitt logget ut av appen og bare får feilmelding. Det er jo det.
CarPlay! 💚 And a must for international travels
Really good and well integrated app. Hope they will add all chargers for Norway specially — because this is the best app to use for finding them.
