Cancel purchase
Can you please help me to cancel my in app purchase. I’ve been looking for that to cancel. I want to purchase whenever I pleases not automatically. It’s hard to cancel it. Please help.
Feature fail
I enjoyed re listening to some stories that I already completed. Or more often, stories I missed because I fell asleep and the stories continued. The new change in the app that causes the episodes to continue from where you finished makes this from difficult to do. There should be an option to reset episodes at least. This is most annoying since I pay quite a bit of $$ to listen to these stories and can’t easily revisit stories I enjoyed.
App becomes stingy
Its good up until now, no more free episodes given. You need to buy coins to have another episodes, or you need to watch ads. App becomes stingy in giving episodes.
App keeps crashing
Cannot listen to stories. App keeps crashing, especially after last update. This is very disappointing, and I want to hear the stories I paid for. It is also difficult to buy coins because your app hangs/ freezes
DO NOT BUY COINS FOR NO ADS!
paying for No Ads is a scam. i have bought 3 months no ads + coins. then after few days, not even a month. ADS started appearing WHILE im listening or when the screen is idle. i tried reporting inside the app, the answer is just automated i tried reaching out via email, and guess what, the same answer is given, an automated answer and closed the report ticket.

Fix the bug
Can you please fix your app. Fix the bug that keeping your app to frequently stop while listening. I can't continue to listened cause its always stop. So annoying.. And please don't always change the narrator of a story. Bring back meghan A. For the "accidental mother" story.
