Improveable experience
Update: Helpdesk came back to me within 24h and refunded everything. Thank you for immediate solution for our improvable experience. Best, Andreas Used Pony in Bordeaux- bikes damaged, App booked a lot of deposite (3x 25€ for me, my wife and my son) and then it locked unintended right in a red zone. We teared out the bikes by hand afterwards. Sending email to support also did not work!! therefore, I have to cantact you this way. Please send back out deposits and delete our accounts!!
