They are just scamming people, banning accounts without any warning or valid reasons and keeping the money in their accounts. They are just trying to steal money from drivers. Will not recommend to download this application. Would have given zero review if there would have been any possibility.

why poparide banned my account again and again. I didn’t understand

I was trying to verify my driver’s license but every time I do it it shows we couldn’t verify your driver’s license and block my account immediately and I was sending the request for 4 days now but no one even respond I saw that it was written small team why do u even try to make so much big change when u have small team and couldn’t handle this much customer.

Mandatory license verification? Is it even safe with you guys. And it should be done with user’s consent and not mandatory.

Hello, I have some points that I would change in this proposal, it's not much not fair for the driver in relation to the payment, I can't put my payment, because for example I booked seats, but people were 26 km away from me and it's still in the same city from where I was traveling, but no one will pay me for these kilometers, not to mention traffic jams in which I have to stand for about an hour and the passengers were not very satisfied that I refused the trip. And it is not correct to compare the prices of the bus and the price for the trip, since the bus will not come to the place you need and the car will arrive much faster and more comfortable, so my assessment is bad, I hope it will be changed and become more fair, thank you.

I have scheduled a ride from Calgary to Regina on 28th May and 3 people joined. The last two guys stolen my office laptop from the car and I complained against them to Poparide and no response from them. I am planning for a police complaint

I have only used this app a couple times.They charge you a booking fee, the drivers are not reliable, second ride I took the driver was almost an hour late.Then he drove with one hand and talked on his phone the whole trip. The third trip I booked they took my money, then the driver doesn’t arrange a pick up location, doesn’t respond to my messages or answer when I call so of course doesn’t pick me up.I had to cancel my whole vacation, cancel my return ride home which they KEPT the booking fee, then WOULN’T refund me for the no show driver! Don’t waste your time or money.

Previously it was good but now blocking account without any meaning worst application no verifying ao you cant put rides if you are hoing somewhere dont download

I am not able to post rides as the app prompts to update the driver’s licence verification but there is no option in the app where I can update my driver’s license. Please help
