Description

Meilleure posture -> Meilleure apparence -> Meilleures performances -> Meilleure santé !

Simple & Yes, Notifications Go to Watch

Gariel G. on

United States

Pretty straight forward app. Does what I installed it for. Simple UI. If your notifications aren’t going to your watch, make sure to turn it it on in your watch settings. Notifications > Scroll down to “Mirror iPhone Alerts From:” > Turn on for Posture Reminder. Your notifications will NOT go to your watch if your phone is unlocked, if your watch is locked, OR if your Do Not Disturb is on. That’s how iPhone Alert Mirroring works. You don’t need it to have its own app for Apple Watch.

Works!

This has helped me improve my posture, when other strategies didn’t. I’ve recommended it many times!

Posture Best friend

This app is a great reminder to improve your posture without the nagging. It is not intrusive. So effective. My back pain has improved dramatically, because I’m not slumped/slouched all of the time. It reminds you to improve your posture at the moments where I forget my posture. This is an awesome tool.

Good but

I’m confused why when I go to edit the interval I now get three notifications instead of one???

Excellent Reminder

This app is great! I get alerts at intervals I select. It has helped me keep a healthy posture.

Excellent! It is a true reminder!!

It’s amazing how improperly we sit and stand all the time. This app has really made me conscious enough to correct my posture. Each time it sends a notification, I realize how useful it is as in the duration between reminders I have already lost the good posture. I have scoliosis and these reminders are so badly needed. My reminder is set to every 30 minutes. Thank you so much.

More helpful than I thought

Hetep & Respect 𓊵👀 folks, and this is a simple app, but very very effective. I like it and highly recommend it.

Does not work with Apple Watch

Pitch and Putt on

I saw a review that said this works with Apple Watch. I see no watch app. I guess the premium plan can send you a text but that’s not what I am looking for.

Excellent Reminder

Scam

Jbksp on

United States

This is a scam. I saw a review it syncs with Apple Watch but I see no option to do so. It’s a waste since the whole reason I got it was to get a haptic notofication.
