Power Sync for Fitbit Reviews
Keeps failing to sync with Fitbit
I just purchased this app in hopes that it will sync my Fitbit account but each time I sync, it keeps failing. I successfully logged in and allowed this app to access my Fitbit account and also allowed access from Apple Health but no luck. Very frustrating:( I have reached out to the developers MULTIPLE TIMES but they are not responding, very disappointed since this is a paid version! Don’t bother paying for this app, it’s a waste of money. I’m submitted a claim to get a refund for this app. This app needs to be REMOVED from AppStore.

Corrupted data
Doubles some data, doesn’t sync others.
Not working at all
I paid for premium access to auto sync and it’s not working at all. App used to work great but now its a waste of money. Hasn’t worked since March
Using to sync, Fitbit and StepUp apps
Seems to double the steps. It’s counting the steps when you’re holding the phone, and then syncing the steps from Fitbit. Making it look as if I have walked twice as much as I have.
Doesn’t work
The step count is extremely inaccurate. It goes up by the hundreds in just a few minutes, which would be physically impossible for me. It does not match my Fitbit count.
It’s quite helpful to keep our health on track
Wearables are a great invention. The app is also great!
Avoid!
This product does not work properly and is impossible to cancel. Did not even track the correct amount of steps from my Fitbit app. Completely useless and a waste of money. Not even sure I can cancel it. It seems very much like a scam.
Simpler than Apple Watch
Easy to use because it’s intuitive in the applications. swim is all you need for recording the exercise.
iPad now has Apple Health, but this app is out of date.
I had to switch to another app because this one hasn’t been updated to support the fact that Apple Heath is available on the iPad. It still works with the iPhone, but I need it both places. I switched to SyncFit which works on both devices.
