Repeatedly refuses to sync manually so am deleting. Definitely not paying $16 NZD on the off chance auto-syncing might work!

We believe that your Fitbit data belongs to you, and syncing your own data to Apple Health should be Free. So we created Power Sync.

- Flights Climbed

- Body Fat Percentage
- Body Mass Index
- Sleep Analysis (in bed and asleep time)
- Water
- Dietary Calories
Notes:
- Fitbit provides access to daily data only; we're working with Fitbit to support intraday syncing
- Since we don't have intraday data as of now, we're syncing all the data to 12:00 in a day
• You can subscribe for Premium Auto Sync inside the app; subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rate selected depending on the subscription plan.
• Alternatively a one-time payment plan is available (this is not a subscription).
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of current period.
• Your account will be charged according to your plan for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase:
- Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
- Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to manage.
- Use the options to manage your subscription.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

My health data was mangled
After this app mangles your health data, you can delete the thousands of rubbish entries this app with dump into your health data by going to “data sources and access” > “Power sync”, tap edit on the top right, then “delete all”. My advice: stay far away from this app.
Poor
Only one value of all the heartbeat la gets synced. As free version useless maybe the paid version is better but I’m not interested due to performance of free version Shame
Brilliant solution
This app fills the gap between Fitbit and Apple Health seamlessly. Follow the simple instructions and your data is synced for a modest fee this can be automatically

I have downloaded the app and haven’t been able to sync it or even send the email with the error details.
Sync failed
Just got this app and my sync immediately failed and will not manually sync. I have not subscribed to auto sync. I have a Fitbit Inspire - is this not supported?
Paid for the upgrade but it doesn’t sync automatically
So I downloaded the app and it suggested that I upgrade to the full version to have my steps automatically sync and I did, I paid for the graded version but IT DOES NOT SYNC AUTOMATICALLY AS CLAIMED! I want my money back! Also it really stuff up my Apple Health app, like it’s showing last updated as at 11PM when it’s only 9 in the morning? Every time I opened the app it says app restored? Anyway, this is a lie. Thanks.
