Automatic Sync not working?
Just got the lifetime automatic sync subscription today and it hasn’t synced by itself all day. I have had to manually sync it, am I just not waiting long enough for it to automatically sync? Please help.

- Since we don't have intraday data as of now, we're syncing all the data to 12:00 in a day
• You can subscribe for Premium Auto Sync inside the app; subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rate selected depending on the subscription plan.
• Alternatively a one-time payment plan is available (this is not a subscription).
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of current period.
• Your account will be charged according to your plan for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase:
- Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
- Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to manage.
- Use the options to manage your subscription.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Be great if it worked
So I purchased for life… have to manually update and I’m receiving constant messages from Fitbit saying cannot sync, cannot send messages etc
Incorrect data
Lots of wrong data written to health app. Total mess now. Please pull this app before it screws up other peoples’ data.
Incorrect data synced
Incorrect step count synced over. I would now like to reverse the sync. How do I do this?
Privacy concerns
Works fine but when I open it iOS 14 notifies me that this app has pasted from my clipboard. There is no logical reason for this app to copy from my clipboard so I deleted it.
Sync doesn’t work effectively.
Don’t waste your money or space on your iPhone!
Synced incorrect data
When I used the app to sync my data it had put in 399 steps for any hours I wasn’t active
Awesome
Thank you for the latest update and fixing a bug for restoring purchases. Love this app, works seem less in the background and my data is always synced up with the Apple health app
Doesn’t work
I have no idea how this works - despite paying for the full app it never seems to sync automatically unless I log in and do it manually THEN it does it 🙄 . It would be much better if you could set a time for it to sync the data. Very disappointed would not recommend
Pretty good
This is a pretty good app. Pretty much does what it says on the tin. Haven’t purchased the premium version but I’m happy enough with this. It’s simple to use and I can’t fault it.
