I got the smart meter and prepay oil installed. I was gifted two 50 euro vouchers and went to Payzone, gave them my Prepay Power top up card and… after 3 days it still isn’t on my account! PPP helplines are closed on the weekend and the ChatGPT won’t work!!! What a hassle and a poor app!

Real-time electricity usage screen is required.
Hourly, Daily, monthly, yearly usage screens are required.
cant log into my account
not receiving any sms or email notifications and i turned my notifications on and i cant do anything to change my password very disappointed
Nightmare App
Until a couple of months ago this was a dream app to work and understand, now all the useful information has disappeared to be replaced by useless rubbish that helps in no way.

3years ago I got 12-13 days for 20 euro as I live alone and at work or out a lot. Now I get 5-7 days and my habits not changed .😡😡😡
Useless
The app takes too long to register your balance, you’ve no idea if you’re in credit or not.
Too many times I’ve woken up to no power and emergency credit used.
Spending well over 60e a week too.

The most important indicator that we care is how much money we pay every day, every week and every month and their breakdowns. Please update the app and add these indicators to the tracking function.

The app is useless… once topped up it doesn’t refresh and show your new balance.. it’s been 27 hours now since showing my real balance.
Poor Customer Service
I received the letter of clearing the arrears which occurred as a part of prepay powers internal issues. But they have again reimposed it to me when contacted customer service even though it was there internal issues.
