App works fine, but there’s a firewall blocking so at the moment I can’t use it

Very poor app support. They do not update the app. No one responds to emails. No way to contact by phone. Cant even stream on the pro version since latest ios updates. I have sent numerous emails and no reaponse.

Por años fue la mejor opción de darle nueva vida a los dispositivos viejos. Funcionando perfectamente en todos los dispositivos iOS Hicieron un excelente trabajo!!! Muchas felicidades. Espero vuelvan hacer una como esta…. App sin competencia alguna

I can’t see it in real time just able to view videos. What’s going on?

I cannot remember the last time I’ve seen any updates on this app! I’ve been a Pro subscriber for at least NINE YEARS! Every few seconds, the app is acting like I’m trying to delete ny saved devices!

All of my videos were deleted, even though I put a star next to them, requesting that they not be deleted. Are very important and now they’re gone and unrecoverable. Don’t trust any of their features.
