I’m trying to log in, but it’s just showing processing , not great log in. I have tried uninstalling the app and tried again to login but not working.

Downloading a report is a big time issue
Never logs in
The login doesn’t work neither with UAE Pass nor with patient information! It returns with API Server error! Giving up
Very pathetic app . Unable to sign-in
Very pathetic and time wasting app. They are doing registration completely but never allow to login you.and never ever sending notification that maintenance is going or not
This review is against the irresponsible behavior of Agent Chat
Seems your agents are having no empathy to serve customers, i contacted them through App to reschedule my appointment but failed to assist and in-fact ended chat by himself without even listening the concern.
Not good experience
You have to struggle lot to get medical reports on your email or to download in the mobile app.Even after download and after you put correct password it does not get open.When you call them to send reports on email even then they do not send.Really very bad experience not once but twice in Prime medical al qasmia branch regarding getting your medical reports.I may prefer not to come again here.
Not working on iPhone
Earlier version was good to see reports after update can’t access anything , page doesn’t not even refresh
Not able to view LAB reports
After updating new version. Not able to see Lab Reports always shows 404 Error.
Prime hospital Garhoud is better
Branch - Burdubai Not recommend - Even after you book an appointment it will take more than an hour for your turn
