Pointless app

Use to text a link with covid test results now you must download the app. The app is terrible. Chat function is a bot that knows nothing. Crashes over and over when trying to view lab results. Gets stuck on landscape mode. iPhone 14 pro.

I’ve been trying for two day to sign up, and I have tried many times to close the App and renter my phone number, but I didn’t receive any OTP message.

Need an update to be suitable for Iphone x layout .. in vaccinations schedule there’s no submit button.. I need a feature to export the laboratory results as a pdf just for saving the medical records.
