Had to uninstall the app, absoulutely no idea what is RG number, even if i click "forgot password" the app is asking for RG number!

I have had so many visits but none of them appear on my “Schedules and Visits” section. I want to see my previous reports. I have just visited today and nothing appears. I used to see all my visits and reports from the old version.

Please add the appointment cancellation feature to the application.

The app has issues. I am unable to register my details and book appointments. There is no confirmation provided either. The OTPs entered keep showing as invalid.

The app is unusable, was looking nice and clear till I registered my user account which flashed with all correct details including my RG number etc after pw creation. Then the screen has turned black, very frustrating when I want to check my reports urgently

وفقا لتجربتي معهم فقد اكتشفت أنهم يحاولون سحب ما أمكنهم من المريض وبخاصة إذا كان لديه تأمين صحي، فمثلا دهبتُ لطبيبة الجلدية من الجنسية الهندية في فرع فيصل بالشارقة كي تكتب لي دواء للحساسية، فكتبت لي الدواء ثم طلبت مني إجراء بعض الفحوصات، منها تحاليل للدم وسونار وتخطيط فلب، ومن يومها قاطعت پرايم إلى غير رجعة. هذا الاستغلال البشع نتيجة لضغط الإدارة على الأطباء لزيادة الإيراد وقبل ذلك غياب الضمير لدى جميع من يشارك في سلوك كهذا.

I have the latest update already but:- • Can’t see my laboratory tests it shows an error pop-up even if I reset the app ! • The app take time load !!

If due to an app issue, your choice is only to book an appointment as a GUEST, forget it, you will never be checked by a doctor as apparently, Prime system can't read your appointment. I waited for more than an hour and was never called by the doctor and had to leave due without being checked due to another important appointment.

This is against being biased and serving customers doesn’t have token by Pharmacist Mr. E Gamil in Al Warqa It's certainly unprofessional and against the ethics of all patients who must be treated equally.

I have registered in the app thru my daughters registration number .. but not able to add my son. I have raised this with prime helpdesk but not reply yet despite several reminders .. this has resulted in me losing reward points
