Unreliable
OK, although there are reliability issues that make this tool less than perfect. You have to ‘buy’ credits, but it’s not too expensive and you retain anonymity; important as an NHS therapist. This would be a really useful tool… IF ONLY you could be assured that texts sent will ALWAYS arrive at their destination Every time, immediately….
