I was unexpectedly charged 119 Euros ($130) by the ProtonVPN app. When I reached out to their support, they provided a refund.
Very nice app
All 4 protocols available from settings are blocked by any local ISP in Russia. No port forwarding or other technical tricks to bypass blocks are supported. Totally useless from here.
Very limited support. Not fair treatment for paid service. Don't recommend to subscribe Many times I informed your customer service on details and always got non-working suggestions as copy-past regardless the issue. In fact your support team don’t understand the problem or pretend they don’t. Your developers of IOS app have been trying to bypass the local government restrictions but always fail to do. In the meantime the apps maid by other developers work smoothly in the same environment. Would recommend the vpn users to spend money for really working services. There were several tickets opened. Every time your support team ensured they had forwarded details to developers. Nothing was changed since. So communication with your company is just waist of time. Not to mention the ProtonVPN is neither fair nor honest, though they have strong PR department. Warning! Good seller , poor service. Easy money takers, no responsibility for failure.
I sell
This is so good
I just likeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it😘😘😘
Disables internet, even when showing a strong WiFi signal, so no website can be accessed In response to developers’ response: Thank you for responding. I’m receiving no error messages, I’ve not tried switch protocols, and I’m not using other VPNs. I uninstalled and reinstalled, then it worked fine at first, just like before. Then it started not allowing me to visit some websites. Every time I turn it off to access those though, it turns itself back on, so I had to uninstall again to be able to access what I needed.
Exceeded my expectations
