I had earlier subscribed for A2 and paid for a month. But in the middle I wanted to switch to buffalo milk. While changing the subscription it asked me to pay full amount for the month again whereas my Provilac wallet had money. It did not allow me to change the amount. This needs to fix. One must be allowed to refill the wallet when they want and with amount they wish to.
I used this app long time a ago and I was pretty happy about the service i got. When i moved abroad i uninstalled the app. When i came back i decided to use the app again as i was constantly spammed in my mail by provilac that i had some funds in my wallet. I added more funds and placed an order. I was shocked that the order was not delivered and the reason was “delivery guy stays far and cannot deliver” just for your reference my location is hardly 10-12 minutes from the delivery guys location. Such good app but such pathetic service!
There is no professionalism in your delivery agents specially in Hyderabad. They are never punctual. They do not have any damn schedule. They do not respond to the calls. Absolutely bizzare service and behaviour.
My kids have been having Provilac A2 Milk for almost 2 years now. We have found the quality of the milk to be superb with consistency!!
No proper response,long back had a worst experience milk has not at delivered but bill generated,I was out of station I have paused the supply but still delivered in other case
Always have problems with this app. Always have to call Customer Care for modifications in the order, even if customer modify any thing it in the app, it won’t reflect in their system. Worst app

not a very user friendly app. we should be able to write the amount we want to fill in.

I lost my money 1350 in this app transaction is success but in app showed as failed debited from my card and provided reference number also it’s a successful transaction. Raised so many complaints but so response bed bad worest app
