Good app

Payment top up can take a while but its useful to be able to tap your card to your phone to register it

Myki card top up

10/10 for the myki top up function

Don’t order myki online, go to a station instead.

I ordered a myki, 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. I have now gone to the station which is fine, but haven’t gotten any notification nor refund for the myki i have purchased .

Not reliable

App has an issue where if you have a stop favourited that the direction saved can swap quietly without notice. The direction you have selected is not prominent so it’s easy to miss and you can be left waiting ages for the next service. Looks like it’s been an issue for 6+ years. Also the data feeds do not include all disruptions or delays that are available at the stop screens.

Pleeeease just fix the favourites

It’s the most important feature, but it hardly ever works. Your contract is huge, just make a service that functions properly we beg youuuuu

APP NO LONGER DOING WHAT IT SHOULD

The past couple of weeks you can no longer scroll around on the map to find a stop/station…you have to manually type everything in which doesn’t help if you don’t know the name of a stop, everything was working fine prior to this, please fix it up as it does seem to be an issue amongst a lot of users

App has stopped working

Since the IOS update, the app has stopped working it no longer shows alerts nor does it show favourites. It’s been like this for several days and still hasn’t been fixed.

So the app stopped working, I called their customer contact line and they didn’t know about it, I tired to reach out on other social media no one responded. So I’m not sure why it is so hard to report issues and get it fixed.
