I always miss the best time to book the class because the app takes too long time to load

Please fix this. Very frustrating to use it in China

I have to open the app to check my booking, it’s no longer showing on phone calendar and remind me of booking. Hope to add this function back soon.

It is difficult to find and book classes. The interface is too busy and commercial.

The new APP just consider less the user experience. I really want to know the purpose of enlarging the instructor’s photo and how it could enhance the user’s booking experience. The most concerned thing for booking is the class and time. Instructor’s photo would not help at all. I hope the designers and staffs there really pay some effort to “THINK”. I don’t mind if you use the original APP back rather than wasting money to “ENHANCE” the APP.

It’s like a joke to members

The major use of the app is for members to book class. But the new interface only concern the design but not UX. the instructor photo is too large thus each page show less class for booking. Booking is just happened in several seconds, in hongkong, we need to fight for class, and click the book button at that second. And scroll to another class to click asap. That interface is just “nice design” but bad for member to use. We need more scrolling to book class which waste our time while we are in competition of booking class!! The booking schedule cannot refresh. U can only click to another page/function and return, it is sooooo time consuming and stupid. Previous app has a better UIUX for booking class and viewing the booked class. This new interface needs more click to view the booked class in list…. The company’s view on the app is not the most important , the members’ views are most important….. the staff do not use the app, members do!!!
