Hardly opens and when it does your are forced to navigate a terrible user interface with many irrelevant things. Classes are harder to find and look at in an organized fashion. Sometimes less is more when it comes to functional design. I implore the devs to admit to themselves they made a terrible mistake and change it back as soon as possible.

Please return to the old UI

The 3.x version is a non-sense app! Extremely bad use experience, no Coach photo and the navigation is lack of required information! How did you publish such a huge change version without beta test? If you can’t do better, please don’t change anything!!!

At minimum give users the option to return to the old version.

The old app was fine this new app doesn’t work and I can’t even open it

The update stopped the app from working, stuck on loading screen.

Why change something that wasn’t broken? The previous versions made it much easier to navigate and also see more classes listed in a single glance. Obviously, no members were consulted during this revamp.

Newly added search function is not working at all. UI changes work like a moron. Log in not functional at all for mainland visitors.

How could I even to reserve anything??

The app wasn’t working when I tried to redeem and then my vouchers were expired. I told the sales rep at Tai Koo and they just told me they couldn’t do anything. What a scam!
