Horrendous!

Why is my version different to my girlfriends? This version of the app is absolutely abhorrent!

New version of app doesn’t work

New version of app doesn’t open, can’t book

Generally horrendous

Frequently get “network connection is unstable” when trying to book classes, which defeats the entire purpose of the app.

Super slow app

I always miss the best time to book the class because the app takes too long time to load

Takes forever to log on

Please fix this. Very frustrating to use it in China

Can’t link to calendar

I have to open the app to check my booking, it’s no longer showing on phone calendar and remind me of booking. Hope to add this function back soon.

It is difficult to find and book classes. The interface is too busy and commercial.

Worse than the previous APP

The new APP just consider less the user experience. I really want to know the purpose of enlarging the instructor’s photo and how it could enhance the user’s booking experience. The most concerned thing for booking is the class and time. Instructor’s photo would not help at all. I hope the designers and staffs there really pay some effort to “THINK”. I don’t mind if you use the original APP back rather than wasting money to “ENHANCE” the APP.
