Slow
The app is super slow. It takes 5 seconds every time I want to go back, add items, delete or whatever. Plus everything on the app is not updated to real time. The representative from the store will call you most of the items are not available and INACCURATE. Landers is the best so far. Rappit normally gives me coupon but this app charges delivery fees now.
Slowest and Price inconsistent app
Goodness gracious! It’s already 2023 and yet Puregold can’t even update their app. It is by far the most slowest (app will always give you “Please wait), low tech grocery app there is! Price on the app and in the store are not the same! The

Very Useful and Helpful Apps!
This really works for me. Need some improvement in searching tab to make it more easy in finding specific item. And the quantity choices for fruits…other than that…it works good and pretty helpful and useful. *GMA Cavite and Silang Cavite Branch, please be fair when choosing and packing fresh products for pick up or delivery because they usually give the dried or old stock one.
Registration error
Can’t complete my registration, showing after otp “Customer registration key failed.”

No pick up schedule and delivery schedule every time i check.
Very bad apps
It’s incomplete and the apps will shut off suddenly even in my iPhone x. If only I can give a negative score, I would rate it negative. Not convenient app at all.

I ordered at 8am for delivery and it’s already 2pm and my order is still processing! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
The app won't work no more after the update!!
