非常差的VPN, 服務也很差。客服只會回罐頭訊息，但不會解決任何問題。市面上仍有很多優秀的VPN產品。不推薦這個沒信用的PureVPN。非常糟糕的產品與客服體驗。

用过几款vpn，这款是唯一差评的。中国连接外部不好用，外部连接中国也连接不上。写着免费试用一个月，结果退款申请却失败了。这点钱就当救济流浪汉了

付費一天過後說要退款 客服好幾個小時才回覆 中間換了幾個客服，都沒回應 政策說31天內會全額退款 結果最後說我不符合退款資格 沒多少，送你 這麼爛，跟s牌vpn 比起來差超多 After paid one day, realized the internet speed is so unstable, so I requested cancel and refund. Customer service responded by hours. And the conversation changes at least three person after I asked for refund. Final answer is I do not meet the requirements for refund. Fine! Then you should said it in the first place instead of wasting time. Compare to s-word VPN, it is so better than PURE. I am going back to other VPN
