Hey guys! Your mobile app doesn’t work since November, 8. Desktop version works good. But totally, it is not a good vpn service, isn’t it?

The worst vpn provider
Your refund will never be proceeded unless you follow up the refund status by your own. For users outside of US, you will not get fully refund due to the transaction fee that you have to PAY since they will transfer it to your bank account because they cannot process the refund to your credit card, and they will never tell you in advance!!! This is not the professional solution as an international service provider!!! The worst vpn service and refund system ever!!!
Can’t access Netflix US
I bought one year plan. At first I could watch Netflix US. I haven’t been able to access Netflix US for 4 months. Every times when I try to access Netflix US, the app keeps redirecting me to abc website. I don’t use the app on my iPhone anymore.
