This app is very misleading it makes it so you can do 5 sets of 20 pushups instead of 100 and the advanced area is way to easy. Also you have to spend money if you even want to do more than like a hundred pushups

It would be nice to see stretching ideas or how to do a solid intermediate push up. I will keep going, but it’s a bit tricky since I don’t know what to do for stretching.
Tried several times to upgrade past the 1 week trial. Gives an error. Too bad, I like the format.
I like this app because sets you a healthy goal and by week 6 i saw physical changes with just some very simple push-ups there was a app from fitness 22 very similar except you do squats these two apps were honestly great together one app focused on building muscle in your lower body and the other one helped you build muscle in your upper body of your trying to get fit and gain muscle this is the most simple way

I always tend to start exercising to fast. Then quit because it hurts from over doing it. The guidance and progressive difficulty the app offers in a no brainer for me!
I wish the app continued past the 100 pushups. Once I made it to 100, I felt like I was ready to continue with more, but needed the guidance to do it.
I do the push-ups, then during the rest period I do the same number of sit-ups, then body-weight squats. After the rest period is over, repeat.
This is an excellent program for a beginner who is unable to do push-ups or who is struggling to get through more than one set of push ups
