Zero customer service

I can’t get refund for 2 months, because they have technical issues. I didn’t know that before I found out it in Pyypl community chat. Pyypl didn’t send any message that they had a issues like that. I sent them a request to support team 1 month ago. Since that time I got only automatic responses that they working on solution. The worst customer service ever

don't send money to purchase.. Scam!!

В приложении исчезли все деньги , верификация и карты.

Поддержка молчит , уже длительное время. Ничего не происходит, денег нет , карт нет.

Only one time I could pay by card from this app. After that nothing work. Any service don’t accept their cards. Developers know about this problem but can’t fit it for a long time

Poor support, documents verifications not working, unintuitive design

Extremely bad user experience. User support is horrible. A person connects into the chat after 2h wait and then disconnects in 2 minutes so I have to re-tell my problem a million times. Not recommend, I feel like the money from my transaction just vanished
