I open this bank and top up , also request for physical card for more than a week now I have not gotten my card , why I haven’t got my card , I don’tlike this , even my friend I refer this app too , have not received his card too

Hello, please when will this maintenance stop, I have just loaded my account just now before seeing that maintenance.
I just registered the app and done with the verification a friend send me money because they said I have to top up so I can be able to get a card , I have an amount in my balance but the card option is still telling me to top up before I can get a card , fix this
Your kyc is horrible, I have tried over 1k times but never got verified.😡
Don’t even try downloading this app these guys are bunch of scammers. You’ll top up but nothing will show in the app even though money has already been deducted from your main account
The ID verification doesn’t work, it keeps rejecting my ID Card and your customer support is responding to my messages. But your support bot was kind and nice.
I have been trying to reach the customer service for an important issue for the past 5 days and no response since then, what kind of service is this, my account has been blocked multiple times and ther literally no one one the app to help, it’s quite frustrating, please help me fix this issue.
Topping up with card has not been working for some time now, why not work on that aspect instead of bugs and other irrelevant thing, the card top up method is the best method so far and when not operational, the app become as useless as anything.
