Very bad support system with bags in tech part. Hard to get com communication with support team. Try to send support invoice about lost money from refund on card. But no response received on this trouble. They dont want to return my money.
good day, I warn everyone, my account was blocked for no reason and I haven't been able to withdraw funds for 2 months, support writes back 2 times a month and asks the same questions, please delete this app, it's a scam, I don't recommend using it

Can’t link to Apple Pay, can’t top up your phone with that, if someone wants to send money you have to provide shared bank account of Pyypl (not yours!!) and then provide to Pyypl translation code. If you can open a account in a normal bank just do it. This application especially for Russians which want to have Mastercard card.
Without this function, the card goes to three stars

Ошибся в имени бенефициара, банк вернул им деньги обратно. Больше 25 дней они возвращают деньги мне в аккаунт. Так и не вернули. Я предоставил им все подтверждающие документы. Но в поддержке всегда один ответ- ждите, мы обязательно вернем деньги.
