The new version of the app tells me I’m not eligible to request an upgrade on a flight even though I have already requested one. I can see the upgrade request is still active when logging into the website but this is not shown in the app. The old app showed a very clear ‘upgrade requested’ message on the flight which has now disappeared.

Since September I’ve been trying to speak to someone regarding my flight. I very very occasionally get my call answered with a few minutes before my 2hours is up and I get disconnected. In those few minutes I ask for someone to call me back, each time I have been promised they will, do they, no they don’t. I’ve been phoning most days for 3 or 4 times a day 2hours a time and still haven’t got my problem sorted. Come on Qantas get yourselves sorted out. I’ve got 16 days before fly and am very very unhappy

The two-factor Authentication process got confused with the app setup and locked me out of my account. Can't get through to anyone to resolve it so it's been worse than useless.

The ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ for boarding passes has stopped working which is super inconvenient. Please fix.

Intuitive and super fast application - thanks Qantas!

Though the app is generally easy to use I’ve found that if your flight is at midday the app seems to think it’s midnight instead, as an example I have a flight today at 12.05 to Sydney, the app seems to think it’s at 00.05 and therefore makes it look as the “boarding has closed”.

Can’t even open the app. Crashes immediately.

Well, like a lot of things Qantas, it’s all shiny and bright on the outside, but inside it’s a basket case. Another reason to avoid this airline...

May 2019 I agree it’s a waste of time if they couldn’t write a simple app why put your life in there air planes

Does not load, flashes onto booking screen then immediately goes blank. Typical Qantas product and service. Set themselves low standards and fail to achieve them.
