I took to long to download

rubbish like the rest of qantas doesnt work

App insists on headphones being connected to hear audio playback and video playback won’t start. Why? Signia hearing aids are set to stream through iPad accessibility pairing function, but app doesn’t seem to recognise these as ‘headphones’.

Qantas Entertainment app, is stuck halfway through updating, has been for the last week, can remove app from home screen, cannot remove app from Apple library, will not let me delete the app and also will not let me update it.

Connected to the Qantas wifi and watched a couple of movies. Wasn’t happy about my seat’s screen as it didn’t work and on a full flight, I couldn’t change seats. However I had the app and I had no issues with it at all.

The app requests that headphones must be connected to enable audio playback on movies. Where is the opt out option for people who don’t actually need or want audio playback? For example, deaf people who are quite happy with captions? Disappointing. Otherwise the ease of downloading this app in mid air and looking through movies was seamless.

Excellent array of entertainment and slick layout. Qantas free wifi and seat back screens are amazing too.

Latest version has a big bug! Unable to update app so deleted it but now unable to reinstall. I have been contacted by Developer but I am not seeing the Qantas app, only a link to Openworld with no app associated with it on my phone?!

Words will not describe how much I hate this app.
