It could never connect to my main Qantas app, it kept saying to update but everything was updated. When having numerous flights with Qantas with no entertainment is pretty rubbish

If you once leave the app (to check an email say) then when you return to the app it frequently sets you right back at the start of the movie...

Both myself and my husband downloaded this app on our iPhone. When on the plane, we followed the steps to connect no problem. Then we watched the same lot of adverts four times, but no films would play. Total load of rubbish.

I used this when I was going to the UK and I was pretty impressed. My friend found it pointless because we get TVs in the seat but if you are on the toilet you can still watch the movie you was.

In flight wifi is very slow. 15 minutes to download the app and when it’s finally downloaded the wifi is too slow to use it. Why bother.

3 hour flight delays and no staff around.

I love it bc you can watch all the movies you have to pay for on other apps it’s amazing

Despite having its own separate section captioned films won’t play unless headphones are connected to a device what an ablest oversight. Why on earth would I currently own headphones or at least bring the on a flight.

Organise your own entertainment. App didn’t work the last 3 flights. Don’t waste your time.
