Signin process is a pain
App forgets you and wants you to sign in but magic link doesn’t work half the time and so you can’t measure your BP unless you sign in and there’s no benefit to doing so. Everything goes to Apple health anyway.

They cannot be reached. I’ve tried their support page, the emails and phone numbers listed from their responses here. Not inspiring a lot of confidence from consumers to invest in their devices.
What’s happening ??
Unable to connect, not able to reach support ?? Is this company closed or what ??
A bit too much
As a Qardio Arm user, I find the plethora of functions in this app, most of which I can’t use, just too much app. Also, I seem to no longer be able to send my bp file via email. The send button isn’t working.
Great app. Easy to use
The have greatly improved the Quardio app in the recent months. It now works great, is very smooth and has all the data pints I need. Seamless integration with the blood pressure monitor.
App is Great. Customer Service is Garbage
I made 2 orders minutes from each other. I received one product 11 days ago whereas I can’t seem to get anybody to answer a single support email to find out if the products in my second order were shipped or are back ordered. I made my purchase 2 weeks ago. Not a peep from anyone I’ve emailed. I’ll have to look into cancelling my payment through my credit card.
Qardioarm not good for big arms
Unfortunately qardioarm only goes up to a 14.5” circumference arm. Being even a little muscular puts most men above this range leading to inaccurate results. It would not be difficult for Qardio to add a calibration setting and different cuff size for a larger range.
Cannot set up multiple users
They claim this scale supports multiple users but it’s impossible to set up. So I now have an expensive scale that only serves one family member. Not great at all.
Password now required
I bought the QardioArm 8 months ago and it worked great from the beginning. Last week the app asked for a password, and I had none. I used the on screen instructions to reset password but to no avail. I found their email address and sent a request to reset password. A few minutes later they sent me a screen to reset password and it worked fine. Back in business checking my BP regularly. Thanks
Pairing is an issue
When it works, it works well. Getting it to work is the issue. It unpairs all the time! It takes try after try to pair it again. Lately I’ve been giving up and I’m looking for something easier.
