While rather convenient when working the battery door of Qardio 1 is super fragile. I bought 3 in total for my parents, in-laws & myself. Qardio promised to send the broken covers but failed to do so claiming it was due to COVID and now their latest excuse is cuz they’re not servicing Hong Kong. Beware before you buy 😬
Hi Qardio, How about adding a scattered plot chart in the App? The trend line and the Excel style reporting are good but would think adding a scattered plot chart could give users a longer term blood pressure trend for longer term trend. Would you consider that? Btw: if this can be done, I would also consider to purchase your electronic scale to monitor my weight, BMI, BF measure changes.
App needs a lot of work. Freezes and lags and has to be reset alot.
It’s been two days I can’t use the app. Every time I tried to open the app, a message showed on the screen saying ‘Please give us a minute, we’re upgrading your database. After the upgrade your app will be faster and better’ and it just keep loading. I tried opening the app many many times and got the same message.......
Can’t open the apps.

I am using iPhone Xs Max with most updated ios. The app keeps freeze, I cannot using the device or the app. I tried to delete the app reinstall the app, shut down re-open but still doesn’t work. Terrible.
wont show body fat and muscle percentage. not user friendly enough.
Always need to open the battery once to reconnect with Bluetooth
