Все работает и привязывается! Привязал без проблем t13 ANC 2. Звук за эти деньги вполне нормальный. У кого не привязываются наушники к телефону - сходите к травматологу, скорее всего, у вас что-то с руками.

Can’t Add the earphones to application
Unfortunately I can’t add my earphones to this application. My device QCY T13 is not listed. And other recommendations and instructions are not working

T17 isn’t synchronised
I had to put 1 star because it’s impossible to adjust my earphones using the app. I set Eng lesson, tried to find them automatically and found it in the library, but the problem hasn’t solved. I want to add, that it’s a really bad tendency to release such an unready product. The QCY’s reputation is suffering.

Обновите приложение. Купила наушники модели QCY T11 , найти по поиску не может . А в ручную такой модели у вас в приложении нет (самая последняя T10). Исправьте пожалуйста!
