The custom feature which quite complete ! Especially the touch control, usually lot of the earbuds did fixed the touch control , but in QCY app, the touch control can be customised , it is quite impressive ! Keep it up

Hi I can’t find driver for T4s model
it kept saying “Request abnormal” and wont connect to my QCY T-13 :(
It comes with an error with long statement that does not allowing me to log in to the app.. even though I already had an account.. QCY is just another example of company with good hardware but bad software development.. 🥲
I cannot connect my earbuds (T13) to adjust the sound quality. It always says scanning while it is already connected to bluetooth. Im kinda getting disappointed. Please fix your App.
