Blev lokket til at download deres app for at få 60 USD off, og forsøgt at reservere en bil, men der gik en teknisk fejl i reservationen, så nu står jeg uden reservation og kuponen på USD fortæller deres system jeg har brugt. Deres kundeservice heller ikke se min reservation, men siger keg har brugt min kupon!! Men hvordan kan jeg det når jeg ingen reservation har. Dårlig e-mail kommunikation med i alt 6 forskellige personer, som ikke læser tidligere korrespondance, så jeg skal starte forfra hver gang :-( Hvis jeg kunne hvad det fået 0 stjerner

Good app and discount

Absolute garbage! Once you check out, after paying the most expensive insurance that supposedly “covers everything” once you pick up the car, you still need to pay for third-party liability. A rental that was supposed to be 99 ended up being 300!! Do not use!

The need for $300k coverage is absolutely insane!!! To rent a car worth 20k. Obsurd

Payless's service is excellent.Easy to find the Payless's location.The car of Payless is good.

The $1 deal is a crock. You still obligate to pay the full price you just have to pay the rest later. There are many other options out there where you don’t have to pay to make the reservation.

Avoid at all cost . They are a fraudulent company. Big scam.

…however they cheat with the premium benefits: you get a bigger discount the first time you rent with the gold plan compared with later on (my discount on 1st rental was 26%, subsequent rental discount around 9%)
