No queues, alway met by agent at the door on arrival.
I like renting cars from Alamo at London Heathrow as the service is excellent. I am always met at the door on arrival by the free shuttle bus. Unfortunately, they did not have the Mercedes A series that I paid for, but they gave me a Volkswagen Arteon which was a pleasure to drive. They waived the two pence charge this time for booking through another agency after I complained to Qeeq, but they charged me two pence for my rental at London Heathrow in December 2023 and in Edinburgh in May 2024. The car I received had three quarters tank of petrol but Alamo/Enterprise stated on the agreement that it was a full tank. However, after I complained to customer service and showed them the receipt that it cost me GBP 28.90 to fill up the petrol tank to full after driving 107 miles at 149.9 pence per litre, and then driving to the Lake District for 210 miles and then up to Aviemore for another 280 miles which cost me GBP 55.39 to fill the petrol tank to full at 153.9 pence per litre, Enterprise/Alamo changed my petrol tank to three quarters full at pick up. I returned the car 7/8 full. Always a pleasure to rent via Qeeq.
