Hit and Misses….
This app offers competitive rates in some regions, such as Italy and Spain, but falls short in others like Hokkaido and Turkey. Even with the same suppliers, other car rental aggregators are superior. The price drop monitoring function is good but rarely activated. The biggest issue is the app's location search function. While it is useful for airport pickups/drop-offs, booking cars from downtown locations is a disastrous experience. Filtering for city locations is cumbersome and often non-functional, making it nearly impossible to book a "city" location via the mobile app. This feature needs substantial improvement. Additionally, the online help desk is unhelpful and clueless. Email and telephone support staff are better, but their effectiveness varies.
