The website shown that is a room, then it comes up that the booking been cancelled. I called customer service, the officer EVE, is telling me that the cancellation is due to security issue, whether is my card or my user name, but not the truth, not the right information and put a claim on customer. Basically when I called up the hotel, it’s because the hotel is fully booked. I’m so disappointed on this irresponsible thing of you.
Car given was in super poor condition, wasn’t expect that ! Hope u guys can give your future customers at least a better condition car
