The app is blocked from m1 computers

Please update the app for full screen optimized viewing on the iPad Air 4th gen It’s very difficult to use after upgrading to this new device as strips are cut and there is overlap

Love the app and the mixer but too much disconnect between mixer & ipad even in short range. Even more disappointing because it seems like A&H does not care about it.

I have been using the QU32 since it first came out, I am the first too run and operate both the console and the app in my Province and have been loving it. We use it at a outdoor venue every day except Sundays all summer long, and new years eve events in minus 45C and both the app and console never fails. The only thing that we found wrong was the placement of the WiFi Router. I use the board in the studio atmosphere as well and use the app while in the live room with the artists too get the levels they need.

Updated firmware then updated iPad app. Too bad you made it so we can no longer use the iPad 1 we have. Have to buy new iPad to continue using the app. Not even a mention in the app store.

I upgraded my iOS, now it comes up with a "connection error" A&H maybe you should update too.

I use this app once a week at my Church. It is helped us mix to better as well as helps us make the mixes for those on stage better. One suggestion I would make for a future update would be the ability within the app to keep the screen on while the app is open. I use mine with my board for more information and have to always have the screen never time out because If the iPad times out from non-use the screen goes off and the app disconnects. I would like to have the app stop the screen from shutting off when the app is open so my iPad can automatically turn off the screen when I am using other apps. THANKS! This app is tired and outdated. One look at the X-32 is all you need. At minimum, why is there no RTA on the channel EQs? Third party apps have them, so, clearly, the data is there.

Just purchase new QU-32C with v1.97 my iPad Qu-Pad is v1.95 will not connect to this version, all QU16, 24 & 32 with v1.93& v1.95 works as design but not with v1.97. I email A&H, no response, I email my supplier with no help he told me what I already knew. Checked QU pad again still no new update version. I cannot use my iPad with a mixing board that it was intended for. other than that, the QU pad work perfect just not on this new version.

QU pad software Worked great for 3 yrs, now its useless,doesnt connect to router. Reset of mixer or software doesnt fix it. WTH? AH better get their act together, or start losing customers. Im ready to sell it and get ipad mixer app thats stable.
