Pleasantly surprised!

This is a good tool for people that knows what they’re doing! Sono piacevolmente sorpreso da quest’app perché a un prezzo decisamente onesto mette a disposizione uno strumento assolutamente valido per chi sa come progettare. Utilizzato per progetti europei non mi ha deluso. Viste le prmesse per la versione ipad, sono ben intenzionato ad acquistare la versione desktop.

It is a good tool for project management and project creation

Paid for the pro suite. It is a good tool for project management and project creation. Probably the best among the ones in the App store which are fully Apps on their own. Different things are the Apps made to link to online platforms as Asana, Trello, Bitrix24 and so on, but that’s another league. If you want to walk your way this is a good app. One cons I may point out is a lack of templates. As a project manager for EU Calls I had to create one ad hoc, starting from scratch because none was really good for. Moreover I wish you add to the suite something like Miro for buildings logical frameworks, stickynotes brainstorming chalkboards, charts and graphics.

Great but missing features

Hands down the best "light" project management tool, but with serious features. There are only two things missing that would make this app the best project management tool on any platform... 1. the ability to set a true baseline. Nothing too complex like in MS Project, but just set a baseline and compare percentage of completion, start, finish and effort against the baseline. There is a feature to keep a copy of start, finish, effort, but this is not really a baseline use l for reporting or calculating earned value, CV or SV 2. easier import-export to MS Project (for updating any central PMO most likely using Project). The feature exists via CSV template but it requires manual editing of the CSV files. PS. Thanks for developer response. Great app but perfect would be adding baseline and seamless Ms project integration.

Come da titolo considero quest'app fantastica per la gestione e visualizzazione delle fasi di lavorazione di un progetto. Ho solo due note che non considero negative, ma migliorabili: La possibilità di vedere un calendario generico con tutti i progetti inseriti, ad esempio "tutti gli impegni di maggio" e la possibilità di impostare un calendario personalizzato, dove magari sabato e domenica possano essere considerati giorni lavorativi, forse non le ho ancora trovate io come funzioni, ma temo proprio non sia possibile. Per tutto il resto pollice alto!

After a long time and money spent to buy and test similar app making project management, fortunately I found this clever app that really can be used on a mobile device and have everything you need to make a pragmatic planning; thanks to the developper and one suggestion to Apple: check better if the apps are really worthy to stay on the app store because is very easy to put away money for trash.

Ottima (e gratuita) app per diagrammi gantt. Apprezzato l'aggiornamento con la novità di poter impostare la durata del task, ma manca una cosa fondamentale: un calendario con le festività (per ora solo sabato e domenica sono considerati festivi). La consiglio vivamente, anche se spero in futuri miglioramenti.
