The app needs serious updating Been finding it really difficult to activate my ecash because you guys refused to send a confirmation token to my phone number

Please send me my eedc token. You said payment takes 24 hrs to be confirmed, it’s almost 48 hrs. Pls send my token so I can credit my meter. I regretted not going through reviews before downloading this yeye app

Failed Transaction

Disappointed with this platform. Had a failed transaction in October 2023 and four months later in February 2024 I am yet to get my funds reversed. I keep getting emails out of the blues that they are working on it and I keep wondering how long it takes to process a reversal. Four months is a pretty long time for that.

They have refuse to refund me my money for a failed transaction Quickteller out to scam now

Fraudulent Act

I bought electricity since 30th of September and was debited without given me the units , sent a mail and no reply till now … This is a fraudulent act because if you won’t give me units you should refund my money ,it’s a useless app . No one is even working on my complaint or telling me the way forward,you better give me my units or refund me .

They don’t reverse

I transferred 30k to someone and it showed pending after which it showed failed when I check transaction status since 26th of September and this is 1st October, written a lot of email but no reversal as promised

Network issues on Virtual account numbers

Please I have like 2 awaiting reversal from QUICKTELLER WEMA virtual account numbers provided… Please do something about it let the reversal be quick as the way they debited me. It’s going to a month now nothing.
