App refuses to open at all

Please take down all the apps they’re not working so that at least we’ll know that there are no apps for the network

I paid for data for an hour now and it hasn’t reflected Is it a new method of scam?

What an app! How lame is it that an mtn app cannot work when there’s no data? Imo, this app should function well even when there’s no data on an mtn powered phone. Then, even when you have active subscription, the app fails to open. It will keep you on the landing page till you return from your long distance journey. Thirdly, the balance shown on the app always contradict the one shown when you use USSD to view your balance. On the app, it’s more. Disappointed.

Terrible app

Trying to buy data and it keeps saying insufficient airtime despite having enough airtime. Terrible! Nothing works on it

Not a good application.

I don’t get how you’d leave an app without any update for 5 months, especially one that works pretty badly and with abysmal ratings.

Waste of data

Can confidently say this app is pretty much useless, barely opens, most times doesn’t respond, just occupying space. Deleted 🤝

Such a poorly developed app.

Such a poorly developed app. Takes too long time from one refreshing to another before balances could show. I had to resolve into using the ussd code to check my balances as instructed by one of their customer service agent. MTN should do better and make the app more active. Very frustrating experience. I give them no rating.
