Quip - Docs, Chat, Sheets

This is by far the best note taking app I have ever used. It does everything I want and more. The sync time is unbelievable, it's a gorgeous looking app, it supports categorization via folders, allows collaboration, light etc. I applaud the developers of this app. Thank you for such a gem!

I came across quip a year ago and I love it! I use it on my iPhone, iPad and iMac and I love that it syncs all my work across all three devices and it auto saves, so I never lose any work! I'm always using the export as PDF function to send receipts and invoices to my clients and the spreadsheet function to calculate finances. The app is stable and even though it consumes battery life, it's so worth it! Everyone needs quip.

I downloaded this app with little or no expectations as I had downloaded others dat delivered little but asked for monthly payments. I was pleasantly surprised to know this app has all i need without extra payments. Thank u n keep up d good work.

Very good.

Un-usable app. Crashes everytime 30seconds after I open the app. Very slow loading document. I would never use it if not forced by my employer

App doesn’t really work. Have to keep quitting app to regain ability to comment. App hangs and crashes and has to be reinstalled. Basically unusable for anything beyond getting push notifications to your phone telling you about comments.

Used to keep sessions for maybe a month. Now every day you need to manually reenter your email and login again

Always need to type in my work email to sign in. Why can’t Quip remember who I am for longer than 20 minutes I don’t know.

Cannot switch sheet tabs

Have been using quip for work. On my laptop I have preferred to use the browser version. But got the app on my phone for easier readability. The app is very inconsistent. Randomly there will be periods where the app crashes within a minute of opening it, and will keep happening. I had to uninstall it and move to the browser version. Then thought of giving the app another shot and the same thing started happening after few months of use. Emailing support@quip had no response.
