Rabbit: 20 mins delivery

I really have tried giving this app multiple chances, but every time I place an order, it just leaves me hating it even more. Not once have you been able to deliver within the promised SLA. Even though you charge more for faster delivery, you still fail in delivering in the promised slot. Your whole value proposition that supposedly sets you apart from your competitors was literally never there from the beginning. Maybe you should stop plastering it everywhere.

Their service level is deteriorating in an inexplicable way! The order is either never delivered, late or includes missing prepaid items. And don’t even get me started on their support team. They are the worst by far

I dont usually review apps but this THE delivery app guys. If you are sick of the orange app like I am, Rabbit is going to be the best addition to your life. It’s smooth. Fast. Reliable. The variety is ridiculous as well. I just randomly ordered a Bonsai plant for my mum and got it delivered in 20 minutes 😭?! Not to mention it’s actually very reasonably priced and in good condition?? I am your guys biggest advertiser rn you don’t even have to pay for ads at this point thank you for being practically perfect 💚
