PLEASE SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN TO ME 🙏
I bought a gift card in the Raise app but don’t know where they’re going to deliver it for me! Ade the going to deliver the Gift Card to my email address?
NOT GOOD! Mess up orders and customer service line is ‘not a working number’
At first this app was great! However, after purchasing several gift cards recently, then they cancel them without any reason; if try to contact Customer service, no one responds ever! If try to call their contact number, the line is ‘not a working number’. NOT HAPPY AT ALL THIS APP/service ! Don’t get your hopes up !
Like the app but
If you buy gift cards often like Starbucks for instance, they offer you 4% off on 25.00 cards or less for a while then once they know they got you they decrease the discount to 1.1% off. Sorry it’s not worth the hassle for 1.1% off. I’ll just buy the gift cards on the Starbucks app.
Most worst app
Every time it will ask you to sign in even though I have not sign out. It’s like kind of morning ritual that you have to check the app and sign in everyday.
SCAM app
No reason. I just registered and was trying to buy a card and my account was immediately blocked. Offered support number doesn’t exist. This is SCAM!
Piss Poor App
I have a rule when logging in to an app. If the process takes more than a few minutes and asks for more personal information than necessary I delete the app and move on. Sign up is a endless loop of entering first name, last name, email and password, then asks you to login. I’m new, I need YOU to make the login. That’s why I’m signing up. Moving on, good luck staying in business.
Orders page does not open up
It just keeps on loading and never opens up to get the gift card details Web page keeps saying i need to verify but i never receive a call ormessage. Browser: safari on iphone
Tarjeta No sirven
Quise pagar en una tienda (American Eagle en específico) me rechazaron la gift card. Salía declinado hicen que llamen a la central de AE y me dijeron que la tarjeta no sirve. Hice mi reclamo a Raise y me dicen que si sirve ósea se lavaron las manos y perdí 45$ :/ Lo peeooooor!!!!!!!
Phone verification broken
First it seems suspect that phone number is needed at all. Getting past that this may be an interesting service, but the verification text takes so long to arrive that the app times out, so it’s impossible to open an account.
