Why did you log me out

ATH/MOB on

Out of the blue I disconnected from raivo, it was while I was at work and I had trouble recovering my account. This shouldn’t happen.

Lost Everything

All 2FAs were deleted in the latest update. If never backed up to icloud or a zip file, there is no way to restore.

Deleted all my 2FAs

TheTechGeekster on

Greece

Why? With your latest update all my 2FAs were deleted and it wants a paid account just so I can restore them. After so many years, you just “erased” my trust on you as devs and your app.

The app got sold off.

The app used to be free to use. Now that the app is owned by another company, it’s asking for users to pay for functionality that used to be free.

Best Authenticator ever.

The fact that it backs up seemingly with your iCloud backups deserves 5 stars in itself. I just wish the custom icons would work sometimes, but that’s more of a pet peeve.

QR code backup is what did it for me. Cross-platform. And its reputation. Just look at all of these great reviews!
